Engineers of Rudolf von Scheven GmbH, jointly with a German mechanical engineering company, have developed individual floor-drain ball valves. The primary objective of the co-operation was to permanently secure the mixing process of the adhesive for the diaper producer by means of a reliable ball valve. The development team, who consisted of experts from both companies, considered the most varied performance-influencing factors in the planning stage.
TR certification (formerly GOST-R) was successfully completed. With this certification, we have met the basic condition for the barrier-free export of our ball valves to the Russia-Belarus- Kazakhstan customs union and to other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS countries).
We don’t leave our customers in the dark. A project’s success is determined, among other things, by the collaboration between suppliers and customers that already took place – and this is the case here as well. After joint project planning with a large German plant builder, our ball valve prototypes passed intense tests.
True to the motto “standstill means a step back”, we are continuously investing in the future. The quality assurance that we apply to our ball valves is top priority. With the acquisition of a new 3D coordinate measuring device, we are ideally positioned for the future in order
The Southwestern Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Hagen (SIHK) and the Federal Association of Energy Customers (VEA) have jointly initiated the “Energy Efficiency Networks Initiative” project – and as ball valve manufacturers, we are part of it!
After long, intense work, our new website is finally online, shining now with many useful functions thanks to its completely new design. So the user can find the contents that he is looking for faster, we have revised our associated configurator extensively.
