Responsibilities
• System administration of the IT landscape based on Microsoft Windows Server
• Administration, maintenance and monitoring of clients (Microsoft Windows 11)
• Software deployment and maintenance of endpoints with Microsoft Intune
• Support of various IT applications and monitoring
• User support for everyday issues (1st and 2nd level support)
• Problem analysis as well as isolation and resolution of faulty conditions
• Technical instruction of employees as well as creation of training materials and documentation
Qualifications
• Completed training as an IT specialist or completed degree in computer science (University of Applied Sciences)
• Several years of professional experience advantageous
• Sound knowledge in the Microsoft environment, e.g. through MCP certifications
• Qualified knowledge of common server systems, network technology and troubleshooting
• Very good German and English skills
• Customer and service orientation, commitment and willingness for continuous further training
• Very good communication skills, sociability and a polite, professional demeanor
• Independent, self-reliant way of working, ability to work in a team and resilience
• Residence in the region, predominantly on-site requirement
