Technical specification

The piston valve V-KV-11-5 - 3 operates positively, i.e. it is opened by hydraulic pressure and immediately closed by spring load when the hydraulic pressure ceases. The actuating pressure to release the cooling water is preferably taken by the powered cylinder, although it can also be connected to other switch functions, e.g. to the sliding cap. The piston valve V-KV-11- 3 operates “bi-stabile”, i.e. through the pulse circuit it automatically stays open and sprays until a closure pulse (HD2) terminates the spraying process.
