At this point, we would like to introduce our trainees at von Scheven. The young colleagues are completing their three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship as industrial and cutting machine operators. The training takes place in a dual system. In block instruction, both theoretical specialist knowledge is taught at vocational school and practical know-how is imparted in the company.

Each trainee is given the opportunity to prepare optimally for professional life. Our long-standing employees, many of whom have been employed in our company for decades, are available to assist the trainees with advice and support for any question. It is important that the protégés of training manager Stefan Strozynski feel comfortable in our family business. We aim to challenge and promote the young colleagues equally. Reliability, willingness to perform, and a high degree of identification are essential for us.

The goal is, of course, that the young colleagues remain with our family business after their training. After successful completion and corresponding performance, we always look for an individual solution to be able to offer each individual a suitable future perspective.
