Ball Valves for Fire Suppression Systems
Fire suppression and sprinkler systems in safety-critical areas place high demands on the valves used with regard to pressure resistance, tightness, functional reliability, and regulatory compliance. For these applications, we manufacture high-performance ball valves specifically designed for permanent use in stationary fire suppression systems.

Flexible and Adaptable to Your Project
Our ball valves are designed for operating pressures up to PN 160 and are available in various nominal sizes. This allows them to be flexibly integrated into different system concepts. Beyond standard dimensions, additional nominal sizes and customer-specific designs can also be realized.
The housings and pressure-bearing components are manufactured from structural steel S355J2. This material offers high strength values, good toughness even at low temperatures, and reliable mechanical properties under varying load conditions. After completion of mechanical processing, the complete ball valve is painted to ensure defined corrosion protection and a uniform, durable surface.
Naturally, stainless steel versions are also available.
High Tightness and Reliable Shut-Off
Structurally, the ball valves are designed with a soft-sealing system that ensures reliable shut-off and high tightness even with frequent switching operations. This sealing concept is particularly advantageous for fire suppression systems, as it ensures reliable function even at comparatively low actuation torques.
The ball valves can be actuated manually via hand levers or—depending on system requirements—by actuators. This enables both manual operation and integration into automated or remotely monitored systems.
VdS-Certified Products
The permissible operating temperature range is between –20°C and +100°C, making the ball valves suitable for use in a wide variety of environmental and installation conditions.
Design and manufacture are carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations. The ball valves meet the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive DGRL 2014/68/EU. We are an approved manufacturing facility for VdS-certified products, officially confirming their use in fire suppression systems.
