This ball valve is used in a complex hydraulic system
that comprises two separate line networks:

• Working line: DN 20, operating pressure up to 350 bar
• High-pressure replenishment line (HP Set): operating pressure up to 420 bar

Both lines are safely shut off with only one actuator,
while simultaneously providing automatic pressure relief of the
consumer towards the tank.

In addition to the working position, a third switching position has been implemented
in which all connections are safely shut off. This function is
realized through positive overlap in the ball and seal system,
reliably preventing unwanted flow.

The ball valve is directly flange-mounted or
hose-connected to a manifold block.
