The ball valve combination consists of two DN25 2-way block ball valves, each with an operating pressure of 40 bar. Both ball valves were mounted on a common base plate. All individual steel components are additionally fully galvanized and, of course, chromium-6-free. A required center distance of 108 mm was taken into account during the design.

The 230VAC electric quarter-turn actuator with a robust aluminum housing and 2 additional limit switches from Haselhofer/AUMA enables simultaneous actuation. The valves are used for switching cooling lances on and off in a flue gas system at a cement plant in Egypt.

The complete series was developed, produced, and subsequently delivered within 4 weeks at the Sprockhövel plant.
