Von Scheven ball valves stand for quality “made in Germany”. We can manufacture the majority of the various ball valve components ourselves with our machine park.

At the beginning of the year, based on the positive experience gained so far, an additional UR5 robot was integrated into the machine park of Rudolf von Scheven GmbH. The robot enables the automation of handling tasks with a payload of up to 5 kg.

For years, we have had the ambition to continuously optimize individual manufacturing processes. The UR5 robot from Universal Robots supports our trained specialists at the machining centers. We pursue the goal of utilizing our production capacities more efficiently.

With this investment, we were able to set another milestone towards sustainable production at our Sprockhövel location.
